Heeidung screw-driven lifts are fully customizable. The minimum installation footprint is 33.5″ × 33.5″ (850 × 850 mm), and the maximum available size is 62.2″ × 62.2″ (1580 × 1580 mm). Final dimensions are tailored to each project, taking into account the door opening direction, shaft design, and site-specific space conditions.
Yes. We support non-standard floor height customization. Heeidung lifts can be tailored to match the door height of each floor. For example, a floor height of 86.6″ (2200 mm) corresponds to a door height of 78.7″ (2000 mm), ensuring seamless integration with the building structure.
Yes. Heeidung lifts offer two installation options:
Pitless Installation – Installed directly on the ground, ideal for duplexes and retrofit projects where a pit is not feasible.
Shallow Pit Installation – Requires only a 2–3″ (5–7 cm) pit, with a small ramp to provide a smooth level transition.
Yes. Installation is fully supported.
If a floor heating layout drawing is available, engineers will use it to precisely plan the drilling points.
If no drawing is provided, thermal imaging technology is used to locate pipelines, ensuring safe and reliable construction.
The choice depends on your home’s structure:
Atrium installation – Ideal for spiral or central staircases, helping maximize space utilization.
Independent installation – Recommended when keeping the existing staircase intact. This option may involve localized drilling and reinforcement.
Our design team will create a 3D simulation plan so you can visualize and confirm the best solution for your home.
Heeidung elevators are quoted on an all-inclusive basis, covering:
Equipment and shaft structure
Transportation and on-site installation
Applicable taxes
Warranty services
Price variations may depend on:
Number of floors – Each added floor requires expansion of the drive unit and shaft.
Functional options – Such as advanced control systems, glass shaft panels, and other custom features.
Unlike traditional elevators, Heeidung lifts do not require mandatory annual inspections. However, we recommend a routine check-up once a year to ensure long-term stability and performance.
Thanks to our modular design and screw-driven technology, failure rates are minimal, resulting in significantly lower maintenance costs compared to conventional elevators.

Safety is at the core of every Heeidung elevator. Our lifts are fully compliant with EN 81-41 European standards, along with international certifications, ensuring peace of mind for every user.
ACME screw self-locking system: In the event of a power outage, the mechanism engages automatically, preventing any risk of downward movement.
Dual protection braking: Independent mechanical brakes guarantee that the car remains securely parked at all times.
Certified to global standards: Successfully tested and certified under EN 81-41 (Europe), ASME A17.1 (USA), and CSA B44 (Canada), providing comprehensive safety assurance worldwide.
Heeidung elevators are designed for the U.S. market and operate seamlessly on the standard 110–120V household supply. For applications requiring higher capacity, our systems are also fully compatible with 220–240V service, with no need for special electrical modifications.
Yes. The standard operating speed of Heeidung residential elevators is 0.15 m/s (approx. 30 ft/min), which fully complies with international residential safety standards.
Our screw-drive system is purpose-built for home use—featuring a simple structure, minimal maintenance requirements, and efficient space utilization. The design prioritizes safety, comfort, and practicality, making it ideally suited for villas, duplexes, and multi-story private residences.
Heeidung elevators are built with advanced low-noise screw-drive technology, keeping operating sound levels below 40 dB (measured at a distance of 2 meters). This is about as quiet as the gentle hum of a household refrigerator, making the noise barely noticeable inside the cabin and virtually silent outside the shaft.
Heeidung glass shafts are constructed with double-layer laminated safety glass, consisting of 4 mm (0.16 in) tempered glass + 0.76 mm (0.03 in) interlayer film + 4 mm (0.16 in) tempered glass. This design ensures outstanding safety while maintaining a sleek, transparent aesthetic.
Heeidung home elevators use a segmented screw splicing design. Each segment measures 2,900 mm (114.2 in) in length and 40 mm (1.57 in) in diameter, joined with high-precision male-female connectors and pins. The splicing tolerance is strictly controlled within ≤0.02 mm (0.0008 in), ensuring long-term structural stability and reliability.
We recommend customers prepare the following items in advance:
Space measurement: Provide accurate dimensions of the installation area.
Power confirmation: Ensure access to a dedicated 220V household power supply, which is standard for residential elevators and other high-power appliances in the U.S.
Requirements communication: Confirm functional options, control systems, and appearance preferences with our team.
Heeidung provides a transparent warranty policy:
Core screw: 20-year warranty
Whole unit: 2-year warranty
Note: Glass components are not covered under the warranty.
